Ripstop, sealed, and open to the duty belt.
The 411 is 150 denier TPU polyester Oxford ripstop with zippered sealed seams for wind and waterproofing, and a breathable polyester mesh lining. Raglan sleeves give you room to move, and Velcro closes the wrists. The front slash pockets are sealed, and two hidden inner pockets hold gear. Tactical side seam zippers reach your utility belt without taking the jacket off, and a back In-Zip opens for decoration such as ID panels or department logos. Black or navy, S to 5XL.
